This juice should be before eight o'clock in the morning daily.

Ingredients

A slice of pineapple
One tablespoon of flaxseed
Juice of one lemon
A glass of pure water
A little honey

Procedure

Mix everything in a blender and drink without straining, licking. Wait 30 minutes before you have your breakfast.

Cucumber -Ginger Detox Juice

2 quarts water
1/2 cucumber, sliced
1 lemon, sliced
10-15 fresh mint leaves
2-inch chunk ginger root, grated

Directions
Mix all the ingredients in a blender. Drink throughout the day.

Apple-Avocado Flat Belly Drink

Ingredients

cups apple juice 1 1/2
cups stemmed and chopped spinach or kale 2
apple—unpeeled, cored, and chopped 1
avocado, chopped 1/2

Directions

Combine the apple juice, spinach, apple, and avocado in a blender and puree until smooth, about 1 minute, adding water to reach the desired consistency.

Drink before breakfast.
