Abdominal fats are every woman's enemy. No woman likes a protruding belly- except of course when she is pregnant.
Excess fat in the stomach has been linked to a lot of health conditions that are life threatening. This include heart disease, type 2 diabetes , and even some types of cancers.
Socially, belly fat affects women as you always wear dresses that hide your tummy, you can wear a fitted dress like your neighbour, in short, you can't get away with wearing most of the outfits you like.
This bothers you a lot and you can't help hating your body. Depressing, isn't it?

Workouts for flat abdomen
These exercises, combined with the right foods, flat belly juices and lifestyle adjustments, will help you get your dream body.
Crunches
Crunches are believed to be the fastest way to burn the belly fat and they are very easy to do at home without any equipment.
They build endurance and power in your belly muscles.
How to do it:
To do this workout, lie down flat on the floor, position your hand behind your head, bend your knees and position your feet flat on the ground.
Now, lift your upper body off the floor, exhaling as you go up and inhaling as you come down.
Repeat, for few minutes and relax.
Sit Ups
This workout strengthens the abdominal muscles.
How to do it:
Lie flat on a floor mat with your face up. You can either put your arms behind your head or cross them in front of your torso.
Now, keep your lower body stiff and lift your upper body towards your knees.
Take a deep breath. Exhale as you go up and inhale as you bring your body back to the mat.
Your arms shouldn't be pushing against your head and neck too much and you are supposed to use the abdominal muscles to move up and down, so your neck must not be strained during this exercise.
Do this 10-15 times.
